Herend Porcelain is known for producing some of the most exquisite handcrafted porcelain in the world, with a history that dates back to the early 1800s. The company’s founder, Vince Stingl, was a ceramic artist who established the first Herend Porcelain Manufactory in 1826. It wasn’t until the 1850s that Herend Porcelain began to gain international recognition and attract royal customers such as Queen Victoria, the Emperor of Austria, and the Russian Czar. Today, Herend Porcelain is still considered one of the most luxurious and sought-after porcelain brands in the world.

This elegant Herend Porcelain in the Chinese Bouquet pattern is a prime example of the brand’s craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Chinese Bouquet pattern is one of the oldest and most popular patterns created by Herend Porcelain. It features colorful flowers and birds in a Chinese-inspired design. Interestingly, there are two pieces exactly the same as I have in this collection available in Palm Desert on El Paseo at Maison Felice, the Phillis Washington collection. These same pieces are also on 1st Dibs.
